The Krishnasamy College of Education for Women is recognized by NCTE and affiliated to Pondicherry University and is offering the Two Year B.Ed., program from 2015-16 onwards and 4 Year B.Sc.B.Ed program in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from 2020-21 onwards. The objectives of these program is make skilled teacher to efficiently transact the school curriculum and teach to the middle, high and higher secondary school students.
PROGRAM OUTCOMES:The program aims at preparing teachers for Foundational, Preparatory, Middle and Secondary.It enables the undergraduate students(B.A and B.Sc) to learn child psychology, sociology perspectives of school students and pedagogical aspect. This program enhances the teaching skills and skill in evaluating the learner etc. Programme has specific objectives and the over-all design of the course ensures a certain set of skills and competence that the students graduating from the institution should gain at the end of the program.
